With the implementation of PeopleSoft Fluid for HCM, the City of Hope got more support than they expected and some powerful benefits too.

  • Project Management structure facilitated progress and engagement.
  • Security was a heavy load.
  • TAM pulled more resources than planned.

  • Org Chart was a big win (Fluid).
  • Everyone wanted to be associated with the project.
  • User activity is much higher – improved data from increased usage.
  • Next steps, replace custom apps with delivered Fluid, adopt selective adoption, and tackle new user requests.
