While Cloud SaaS solutions require dramatically less maintenance and upkeep, there are reoccurring tasks that need to be performed to keep the product technically current and up-to-date. Quarterly updates, operational issues with interfaces and customizations, and user’s evolving business needs are issues that can prove highly impactful for Oracle Cloud Suite customers.
Highstreet transitions Syneos Health from Oracle Managed Cloud Service (OMCS) to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Highstreet partnered with Data Intensity (DI) for this project. DI completed the Syneos Health infrastructure. Once the OCI infrastructure build was complete, Highstreet led all the activities of the PeopleSoft migration to OCI.
